The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has guidelines about mold. SERVPRO of Lakewood-Ken Caryl would like to share these guidelines.

Question- What Causes Mold to Grow:

1. Moisture
2. Warmth
3. Protein-Protein is in building materials like drywall
4. It is also in wood and in many paints
5. Skin cells (we shed them all the time)
6. Dog and cat dander

How to identify mold:

How to eliminate a mold problem AFTER an inspector has identified the type of mold:
